The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority
The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) is the public authority responsible for supervising financial companies. We are registered with the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, which, among other things, means that we are subject to anti-money laundering regulations.
The asset manager (GL21 CAPITAL ApS)
GL21 CAPITAL is registered with the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority as a manager of alternative investment funds (FAIF) under FT number 23229, in accordance with Section 9, paragraph 1 of the FAIF Act. GL21 CAPITAL is subject to certain rules under the FAIF Act (Act on Managers of Alternative Investment Funds, etc.) and is also subject to anti-money laundering regulations.
GL21 I A/S
Denmark's first crypto fund, GL21 I A/S, is an alternative investment fund (AIF) registered with the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority under FT number 24845. The fund is subject to certain rules under the FAIF Act (Act on Managers of Alternative Investment Funds, etc.) and is also subject to anti-money laundering regulations. The fund has entered into a management agreement with GL21 CAPITAL for the management of the fund's assets. The fund is a public limited liability company, and investors in the fund own shares in it.
Ethereum Staking A/S
Ethereum Staking A/S is an alterantive investment fund (AIF) registered with the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority under FT number 25548. The fund is subject to certain rules under the FAIF Act (Act on Managers of Alternative Investment Funds, etc.) and is also subject to anti-money laundering regulations. The fund has entered into a management agreement with GL21 CAPITAL for the management of the fund's assets. The fund is a public limited liability company, and investors in the fund own shares in it.

An investment in any of the funds is a high-risk investment, and investors should be prepared to lose their entire invested amount.
The investment is marketed to investors who:

Can invest a minimum of DKK 750,000 (EUR 110,000),

Seek exposure to the crypto market,

Can afford a high-risk investment, and

Have an investment horizon of at least 3 years.
Investors fall under the category of 'semi-professional investors' as defined in Section 5, paragraph 5, number 2 of the FAIF Act.
